ORDER

Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow the Civil Revision Petition by directing to dispose of the O.S.No.3 of 2017 which is pending on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief that has been granted in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners are the 6 and 7 defendants in the suit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein for partition which has been instituted as early as in the year 2017 and perusing the B diary extract of the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai, it is to be noted that the suit is at the stage of trial.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2017 and the suit is at the stage of trial, the learned Principal District Munsif, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
