ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.130 of 2010 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid execution petition in E.P.No.130 of 2010 was disposed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision petition.

3.Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
