PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish respondents for the wilfully disobedience the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16937 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024. ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.16937 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the contemnors 2 to 4 are present before this Court and filed affidavit.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnors would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet was filed on 18.10.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I,

4. In the affidavits, the contemnors have expressed their unconditional apology for the delay in filing the charge sheet within the 2/4

time stipulated.
