Alleging that the order of this Court dated 18.07.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.19442 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.07.2025, passed in W.P(MD) No.19442 of 2025, has been duly complied with and produced a copy of the proceedings dated 17.11.2025 before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, no further order is required in this contempt petition and the same stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his application dated 08.05.2025, he may approach the competent appellate authority.
