PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring refixation of scale of pay of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 25.11.2022 by the 1st respondent from 1996 after his retirement on 31.1.2023 and recovery made based on such refixation from his retired benefits as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse all the recovers amounts to the petitioner treating all fixation done during his service in the university valid and legal and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
