ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that her private complaint, which was filed in the year 2018, has not been proceeded and proof affidavits filed on the witnesses have not been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichirappalli, has approached this Court. 2.Considering the allegation made by the petitioner, this Court, by an order dated 11.01.2024 has called for an explanation from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy has also filed a report dated 24.01.2024.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits that subsequent to the interim direction issued by this Court, learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichirappalli has proceeded with the enquiry and all the witnesses have been examined and now, the case was posted for arguments.
