submitted by the Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Pudukkottai vide her the Letter in D.No.208/2025 dated:21.05.2025, forwarded through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai vide his the Letter in D.No.1023/2025 dated:23.04.2025, forwarded this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.49 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Pudukkottai. 2.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, has sent a letter in D.No.208/2025 dated 21.04.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.49 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.01.2025. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.49 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
