ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the event had already concluded. The question now revolves around conferment of the first honor. This issue has to be decided elsewhere. If the temple in question is now under the supervision of the HR&CE Department, then the remedy can be obtained under Section 63 of the HR&CE Act.

3.With the aforesaid observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
