Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks permission for putting up the pipeline to connect his patta land. It appears that a road is cutting across the petitioner's patta land. The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation before the third respondent and the third respondent will consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. The third respondent is entitled to stipulate appropriate conditions in the letter granting permission. This shall include repairing the damage that may be caused by laying of the pipelines.
