ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 13.12.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband is involved in various criminal cases. In the course of investigation, the petitioner was called for enquiry. Hence, the respondent police did not intend to harass the petitioner. That apart, the complaint given by the petitioner was also enquired and closed on 06.02.2024. 2/4

3.Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
