ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 09.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 498(A), 114, 302 of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police and in in SC No.112/2022 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, seeking bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the 1/3
deceased Kartheeswari, who has tortured her and harassed the deceased, along with her son / husband of the deceased / Accused No.2. On 05.02.2022, it is stated that by pouring kerosene, the first and second accused have set fire the deceased. Hence the complaint.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier petition filed by this petitioner was dismissed by this Court, by considering the nature of offences. Without any change in circumstances, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.
5. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner, since there is no change in circumstance. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
