This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 09.03.2011 passed in E.P.No.56 of 2009 in MCOP No.2880 of 2002 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum I Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject mater of Execution Petition was allowed by the Court below and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the above, since the Execution Petition was allowed by the Court below, nothing survives for adjudication in

this petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
