PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejection passed him in No.2/2023 dated 13.12.2023 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to our sangam to provide Annathanam and welfare measure to the student and general public on 17.12.2023, i.e., on the eve of 48th birthday celebration of our leader N.Kumarvel Thevar for the following among other facts and 1/4

circumstances of the case.
