Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner counsel states that the case on hand falls outside the purview of Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. 2/5

According to him, with regard to the registration of the petition mentioned documents, criminal prosecution has already been launched and final report has also been filed. He adds that it is a case of impersonation.

3. I therefore, direct the first respondent to pass an appropriate order on the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
