Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court at Srivaikundam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2021 within a stipulated time as framed by this Court on merits and in accordance with law by allowing the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

By an order dated 04.03.2026, I had called upon the learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam to submit a report as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2021.

2. Pursuant to the said direction, the learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam submitted a report dated 11.03.2026. He has sought four (4) months' time from the date of receipt of the Advocate Commissioner's report to dispose of the suit.

3. The learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam is requested to ensure that the Advocate Commissioner files his report by the end of this month. The learned District Munsif is directed to dispose of the suit by 30.09.2026.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
