ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the learned II Additional Sessions Court (P.C.R) Tirunelveli, to consider and dispose of the bail application filed by the Petitioner in Crime No.621 of 2023.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, they had filed a final report removing the provision of SC/ST (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989 and the investigation is still pending. They have altered the report by deleting the provision of SC/ST (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989. Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
