ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is having similar modus operandi of cheating the public. A case in Crime No.247 of 2023 was registered against the petitioner on the file of the Cheranmahadevi Police Station. Another complaint was given against him for similar type of cheating.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
