ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the authorities to approve her appointment.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher on 12.04.2023 in the third respondent School, which is an aided Minority School falling within the Corporate Management.

3. The proposal sent by the third respondent School is pending before the first respondent.

4. In view of the above said facts, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the proposal and incase if he finds that there are no surplus Secondary Grade Teachers within the Corporate Management in the academic year 2022-2023, he shall proceed to approve the appointment of the writ 2/4

petitioner from the date of appointment. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
