ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.241 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police on the same day of filing and to consider the Anticipatory Bail/ Bail petition filed by the petitioner on the same day of filing in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner is the accused persons in Crime No.241 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 & 506(I) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015. 3.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases. Some of are serious in nature. 2/4

4.In the light of the conduct and bad antecedent of the petitioner, he is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court.
