ORDER

By asserting that the petitioner purchased the land in S.No.54/8B of an extent of 0.03 acre from Madakkannu, who was the assignee thereof, after submitting a representation dated 18.09.2025, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that the assignment in favour of Madakkannu was cancelled.

3.In view there of, the request of the petitioner cannot be countenanced. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation of assignment in accordance with law. No costs. 15.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
