ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant working in the Deputy Director Office, Ambasamudram seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 to 4 herein for initiating action as against the respondents 5 and 6.

A perusal of the representation given by the writ petitioner on 21.09.2023 indicates that the writ petitioner is working as a Junior Assistant in the office of the Deputy Director Office, Tiger Reserve, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. In the same office, the respondents 5 and 6 are working as a Superintendent and Deputy Director. There seems to be some quarrel between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 herein, which seem to be frivolous in nature. The petitioner has already been transferred from the said place to Papanasam.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Court does not find any reason to order enquiry into the allegations made by the writ petitioner as against the respondents 5 and 6 herein. Therefore, there are no merits in this writ petition. and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
