O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 to 2 to give proper police protection to the petitioner's life and the life of her family members on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2023.

2.Pending suit in O.S.Nos.230 of 2023, 294 of 2022 and 356 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, filed by the petitioner, seeking declaration of title over the disputed property, trouble was created by the private respondents. Over which, the petitioner's husband made a complaint. Upon which case in Crime No.1312 of 2023 has been registered against five persons on 13.12.2023. Similarly, the petitioner made a representation seeking police protection. 3.When civil suits are pending, there is no question of police protection to any one of the parties. The parties shall workout their remedies through appropriate proceedings.
