ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. C Hitesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. RMS. Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 TO 3, this Court made the following order:
Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for report'.
2. The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother alleging that the third respondent Police has not traced her missing daughter, aged about 22 years, despite her complaint in Crime No.1359 of 2022.
3. When the matter came up for consideration on 22.12.2023, this Court taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's daughter eloped with the fourth respondent and their whereabouts are yet to be ascertained, disposed of the Habeas Corpus Petition with a direction to the respondent Police to locate the whereabouts of the fourth respondent and produce the missing girl before the jurisdictional Magistrate and report compliance.
4. Accordingly, the respondent Police had secured the missing girl along with the fourth respondent, a transgender and produced them before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur on 29.12.2023 and 19.01.2024. The petitioner's daughter has given a statement that she has married the fourth respondent and that she is not inclined to join her parents. The same has also been informed to the petitioner.

5. In the light of the above fact, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
