ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
