Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to Survey No.589/12 (Old No. 589/1A1A), Patta No. 4030 to an extend of 2 Acres 53 cents is situated at Peraiyur Village, Peraiyur Group, Ramanathapuram district based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.11.2023. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that one Ganesan S/o.Kalimuthu had given a petition before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram and that enquiry is being conducted. Copy of the petition given by the said Ganesan was produced before this Court. In the said complaint, the petitioner has been specifically referred to.

2. The District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram is directed to implead the petitioner herein and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The right of the petitioner will depend upon the outcome of the said enquiry on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram. 2/4

3. Leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
