By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks amendment in so far as the patta number is concerned. It is stated that the patta number was wrongly mentioned as 1125 instead of 2691.

2. Upon examining the patta filed along with the writ petition, it is evident that a typographical error was committed and that the correct patta number is 2691. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is allowed by directing that the patta number in the prayer be amended by substituting 2691 for 1125.
