Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to execute the order dated 18.11.2023 in Moo.Mu.No. 4389/2023/A2 on the file of the first respondent and handover the petitioners house key and house, along with her household articles in good manner, within the stipulated time period fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 4.

2.The petitioner had obtained an order in her favour from the Maintenance Tribunal on 18.11.2023. All that the petitioner wants is 2/4

enforcement of the same. The first respondent shall issue notice to the respondents 5 and 6 and find out if the order passed by her had been stayed. If the said order is holding good, it shall be enforced with the aid of the jurisdictional Police.

3.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
