ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2024 and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
