ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2878 of 2023 in C.C.No.251 of 2016, dated 24.11.2023 and consequently direct the Special Court to recall P.W.1 to P.W.3 for cross examination under Section 311 of Cr.P.C.

2.Nothing survives in this case since C.C.No.251 of 2016 has been disposed of by Judgment dated 17.05.2024.

3.Accordingly, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
