The petitioner seeks quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.268 of 2012 on the file of the Nanguneri Police Station, Tirunelveli District which has been registered for the offences under Sections 465, 420, 471 & 506(ii) of IPC.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that 'Action Dropped' report has already been filed.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
