2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, has sent a letter in D.No.26/2026 dated 05.01.2026, requesting an extension of time to dispose the case in C.C.No.2460 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.02.2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.96 of 2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in C.C.No.2460 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
