ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that Tahsildar, Sankarankovil had already passed the order dated 15.12.2023 negativing the petitioner's request. The petitioner can very well file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarankovil. If such an appeal is filed within 30 days from today, it shall be disposed of within a period of three months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
