ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in civil dispute in any manner in guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents Police are not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
