ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application for issuance of legal heir certificate. This application shall be made in online mode. On receipt thereof, the third respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing the order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
