The petitioner's father was the beneficiary of lands described in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit and it is stated that a UDR error was committed in relation thereto. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 30.06.2025 to the District Revenue Officer for correction of such alleged errors. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the matter is pending consideration by the District Revenue Officer and would be disposed of on merits within three (3) months.

3. In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second 2/4

respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all persons who would be affected by such order. No costs.
