ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an aided minority institution seeking a Mandamus as against the education authorities to approve the appointment of one J.Satheesh as B.T Assistant (English).

2. The petitioner management has appointed J.Satheesh as B.T Assistant (English) in the petitioner school with effect from 01.06.2018. The school has sent a proposal for approval to the authorities and the same is pending before the 4th respondent herein.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner management is an aided minority stand alone school, the authorities are directed to consider the approval of the said appointment, if the appointment is within the staff fixation order for the relevant academic year. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
