ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.327 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have harassed the de1/3

facto complainant and her husband and due to which, the de-facto complainant committed suicide and hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused persons have harassed the de-facto complainant and her husband and due to which, the de-facto complainant committed suicide, hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner himself has threatened the deceased with aruval and also by using half kgs of explosives, he threatened that he will demolish the house, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
