O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard.

2. On mere apprehension, not founded on any material disclosed in the petition, PIL has been filed alleging that the respondents are proceeding to open a TASMAC shop contrary to the provisions of law or the directions of the Supreme Court.

3. The petition is bereft of any material. It appears that, on mere apprehension, the petitioner has rushed to file a PIL. The State authorities are presumed to act in accordance with law. Therefore, in these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in case there is a grievance with regard to establishment of TASMAC shop contrary to the provisions of law or the directions of the Supreme Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
