This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the contemnor for non compliance and deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.6861 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In view of the proceedings in Mu.Mu.G4/1284530/2023, dated 12.34.2023 passed by the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli District, this Court finds that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and hence, the Contempt Petition does not survive. 2/4
