as per the order of the third respondent in Pa.Mu.Aa1.4716/2008 dated 04.05.2009 by complete the proceeding of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A4/17/2025 dated 18.07.2025 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

By an order dated 04.05.2009, the Revenue Divisional Officer had directed that patta No.1095 be cancelled and that a joint patta be issued in the names of the seven persons mentioned in the said order, including the petitioner herein. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks the enforcement of such order.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits within three (3) months after conducting an inquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

3. The order relied on by the petitioner is dated 04.05.2009. The said order directs that joint patta be issued in the names of Jothiraman, 2/5

Janakiraman, Raghavan, Indirani, Santhanam, Raghunathan and Kannan. It is unclear as to the current status and whether the names of respondents 4 to 6 continue to be reflected in the revenue records. In any event, notice should be issued to respondents 4 to 6 and to the other individuals in whose names patta was directed to be issued under order dated 04.05.2009.

4. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's request for grant of joint patta and dispose of the same on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, respondents 4 to 6 and other individuals mentioned in the order dated 04.05.2009. Such order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after taking into consideration the earlier order dated 04.05.2009. No costs.
