2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the son of the petitioner is involved in two cases one in Crime No.338 of 2023 and 283 of 2023. He is absconding. Therefore, on search of son of the petitioner, the second respondent went to the house of the petitioner. Except that there is no harassment.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in position to inform the Court about the whereabouts of his son. The petitioner must cooperate with the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation. There is no question of harassment. Let the second respondent undertake the enquiry by summoning the petitioner. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
