ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.977 of 2020, registered against the petitioner for offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 294(b), 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation had been completed and the final report had already been filed, but the same has not been taken on file, since the final report was filed beyond the period of limitation.
