Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to pass orders to the effect that the sentence imposed on the petitioner in the case in C.C.No.350 of 2001 dated 10.09.2004 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and the sentence imposed against him in S.C.No.11 of 2002 datd 16.10.2003 by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District and confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.1682 of 2003 by this Court on 02.11.2006 to be run concurrently.

ORDER
