The matter is listed today upon being mentioned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph No.3 to the extent that 'G' schedule is mentioned instead of 'F' schedule. On examining the records, the said submission is liable to be accepted.

2.Therefore, the Registry is directed to reissue the order by replacing 'G' Schedule with 'F' schedule in paragraph No.3 thereof.
