This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.55 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, the 1st respondent police, after completing the investigation of Crime No.55 of 2013, has filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.31 of 2014 before the court concerned.
