By relying on a sale deed dated 12.04.2004 and the death certificate of his father, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of the land in survey number 1423A/1A. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim in respect of the relevant land. He has placed on record the separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the application would be acted upon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Upon taking into account the registered 'Will', the death certificate and patta No.4345, a case is made out to consider the 2/4

petitioner's request for a survey.

5. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and complete the entire process within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands.
