The petitioner assails an order dated 03.09.2025 rejecting the request for issuance of patta on the ground that such order is unreasoned.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He has placed on record a different order dated 13.10.2025. This order deals with Survey Nos.31/3B, 55/5, 56/2C and

No further particulars are discernible from the said order. Consequently, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the order is unreasoned is liable to be accepted.

3. For reasons set out above, the impugned order, including the order placed on record by learned Government Advocate, cannot be sustained. The said orders are set aside. As a corollary, this writ petition is disposed of and the mater is remanded for reconsideration by the Tahsildar. After conducting an inquiry and providing a reasonable 2/4
