Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent for a period of 9 months, from taking any steps towards conducting auction sale of the petitioner's property in Sy.Nos.779/3A2, 779/3B and 779/2A of Muthalakurichi Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District enabling the petitioner to compound the offence in the case in Crime No.15/2005 on the file of the 2nd respondent and now pending in C.C.No.2/2011 on the file of the Special Court for TANPID Act cases, Madurai as per Section 5A of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997 within the said 9 months period.
