2. The petitioner's lands were acquired under the Central Act 30 of 2013. The petitioner shall paid certain sum as compensation. The petitioner wants enhancement.

3. Reference has to be made by the Collector before the appropriate authority under Section 64 of the Act. The petitioner is permitted to submit a proper application before the District Collector, Madurai and it is for the District Collector to take a call on merits and in accordance with law as regards making reference. The District Collector shall pass an order in this regard within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a fresh application from the petitioner herein.
