This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.12.2009 submitted to the first Respondent as per the Board Rules within the time framed by this Court.

2. Considering the relief sought for in this writ petition and taking into account that the appeal was filed as early as in the year 2009, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner 2/5

dated 18.12.2009 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
